Uriseon power products are warranted for 24 months. (Please note that our residential series power stations have a five-year warranty and the SolarSaga 100W has a three-year warranty.) In each case, the warranty period begins on the date of purchase by the original consumer.
A sales receipt or other reasonable documentation of the initial purchase is required to determine the start date of the warranty period.
If the transaction is canceled before the coupon becomes effective, the coupon will automatically revert to unused status. Note that the validity period will not be extended.
